  • IEEE Member 450.00 € early bid registration / 550.00 € from June 1st 2022

  • IEEE PELS Member 400.00 € early bid registration / 500.00 € from June 1st 2022

  • IEEE Student / Life Member 250.00 € early bid registration / 350.00 € from June 1st 2022

  • IEEE Non-Member 500.00 € early bid registration / 600.00 € from June 1st 2022

  • IEEE Non-Member (Student Delegates) 300.00 € early bid registration / 400.00 € from June 1st 2022

  • Tutorial attendees 100.00 € early bid registration / 200.00 € from June 1st 2022
    (The tutorial attendee fee is understood to be "tutorial only". The other fees include the tutorial attendance.)

    Each paper must have a valid full registration, a full registration includes 2 papers, student registrations are not valid for inclusion of papers in the conference proceedings.

Cancellations

All requests for cancellations of PEDG 2022 Registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent by email to the PEDG 2022 Local Organizing Committee (pedg2022@tf.uni-kiel.de)

  • Cancellations received no later than 21th June 2022 will be refunded in full EXCEPT for the administrative fee of 70 €. Refund requests received after 21th June 2022 will not be considered.

  • Conference registration will not be refunded (in full or partially) if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper.

  • No cash refunds will be made at the conference. All refunds will be processed and paid by bank transfer after the Conference.
